Voting Information

The last day to register to vote before the day of the Election is October 9, 2009.  Ada County Clerk is the Registrar of the City of Eagle, located at 400 N. Benjamin Street #100, Boise 83704.  Persons can also pickup voter registration forms at the office of the Eagle City Clerk, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle or download the registration form from the Ada County Elections website.

Election Day registration is available.  Please register at your appropriate election precinct.  *See precinct boundary description below

Polls are open between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm the day of the election, November 3rd, 2009.

  • Precinct No. 500 – Eagle City Hall, 600 E. Civic Lane, Eagle
    Residents living in the Eagle City limits who live South of Beacon Light and East of Eagle Road.
  • Precinct No. 501 – Seventh Day Adventist Church School, 538 W. State Street, Eagle
    Residents living in the Eagle City limits who live South of Beacon Light and West of Eagle Road.

Applications for an Absentee Ballot are available at Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.  Same day absentee voting will be made available immediately after ballots have been printed. 

  • Wednesday, October 28, 2009: Last day for receipt of mailed absentee ballot requests.
  • Monday, November 2, 2009: Last day to request an absentee ballot for in-person voting.
